REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Unless such merchandise was custom made, a full refund will be provided if the merchandise is unused and returned in its original condition with receipt within ten (10) days of the date of purchase. Unless such merchandise was custom made, we offer exchanges for the same or similar merchandise of equal value within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for merchandise that was custom made.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
